Designed as one of the three neighborhoods of the Maplewood community, Hamptons at Maplewood is charming at best with its attractive tree-lined setting. It is popular for being a family-friendly, safe, and quiet enclave of homes. This is not to say, however, that the place is amiss of a few luxurious amenities that can make a stay here a memorable one.
An Intimate Location
It isn’t surprising for individuals to presume that the lush landscape, the scenic wildlife, and a glistening body of water would have lent the place an air of comfort and yet the place still happens to come across as a pleasant location all the same.
It is appealing how Hamptons at Maplewood is perfectly situated to satiate most people, especially once they discover that a drive down the road for five miles approximately would lead them to the magnificent Juno Beach Pier and the grand Jupiter Beach itself. The Hamptons lies close to the Florida Turnpike, having easy access too to Interstate 95 and Abacoa Town Center, which spells out infinite and exotic options of the Roger Dean stadium as well as several dining and shopping options.
As for the movie theaters and more at the Gardens in Palm Beach Gardens or the Gardens Mall, you only need a 10 minute drive enjoy all they have to offer. To be specific for the sake of description, the top rated restaurants nearby include the Little Moir’s Leftovers Café, Dune Dog Café, and the Coolinary Café while hot spots for shopping include the Provident Jewelry Jupiter.
For the place to remain a tightly-knit community, there are several A-rated educational opportunities too in the district besides the recreational ones such as golf course. These include the Lighthouse Elementary School, Independence Middle School, and Jupiter High School.
The Floor Plans
Standing tall and proud among the everlasting lines of oaks along the streets, the fountains, and winding sidewalks boast homes made from concrete block and traditionally intended for single families, right in the heart of the city. While there were two persons responsible for the residential properties, DiVosta and Burg, it was the former who took to the CBS construction for this community between 1988 and 1989 so that each of them could have tiled roofs and concrete walls.
Most of the properties that are now available cover a space of about 1900 square feet. It takes a keen eye to note that for their façade, the homes differ in the position of their two-car garage – some have it by the side of the house, others showing off one in front – as well as the exterior color.
As you move inside you are greeted with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, distributed uniformly. One can identify a touch of renovation and update of the facilities assigned to each house, including skylights, fireplaces, storm shutters, and tiled floors while other delicacies featured are the fenced-in yard and spacious screened patio.
All in all the location is perfect for families who wish to make a life there.
