North Palm Beach, FL Oceanfront Communities (#16)

Approximately nine miles north of West Palm Beach in Palm Beach County, the village of North Palm Beach has plenty to offer. Sunny weather, picturesque beaches, great golf courses, award-winning restaurants, endless shopping and unforgettable fishing, boating, sailing, and paddling are just some of the reasons why this paradise is the perfect place to call home.

Because much of North Palm Beach’s oceanfront is actually the John D. MacArthur Beach State Park, the only state park in all of Palm Beach County, there are not a lot of communities here that have direct beach access to the beach. However, there are plenty of waterfront communities, such as Seminole Landing, that are just minutes away from the ocean.

Lost Tree Village
Lost Tree Village has plenty of luxurious waterfront homes, condos, and golf course estates all boasting a variety of unmatched views of the ocean, the lake, the golf course, or the lush natural setting. Aside from being steps away from the beach, the community has a multitude of topnotch amenities that include the Lost Tree Health Club, the Lost Tree Club golf course, the Beach Club, and the Pelican Club.

Old Port Cove
With sweeping panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean as well as the Intracoastal Waterway, the luxury condo community of Old Port Cove is considered one of the finest places to live in the region. The complex has plenty of excellent features, including a full-service marina, yacht club, two-mile jogging path, hot tub, swimming pool, recreational and entertainment facilities, fitness center, and round-the-clock security.

Mariners Key
Mariners Key is a terrific waterfront gated community that features beautiful Mediterranean-style properties. This is the perfect community for homeowners with their own boat or yacht. In addition to convenient access to private docks, there are also no fixed bridges, allowing for easy access to the ocean. Mariners Key is also situated close to attractions such as the Palm Beach Inlet, MacArthur State Park, Lighthouse Park, Gardens Mall, and Downtown Gardens.
